Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Trade and Store Service team, taking care of trade marketing coordination and logistics and providing support for material production, replenishment and delivery in PoS.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Coordination and Logistics
• Forecast inventory and demand spikes
• Coordinate with local service line and Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics for effective trade marketing coordination & logistics • Support in the execution of field sales marketing plan
• Manage internal / customer requests and support the activation of external agencies for the production of assets for trade price & promotions management; manage trade promotion billing and settlement
PoS Materials Inventory/Logistics Management
• Support in the PoS materials inventory / logistics management / replenishment in PoS, managing trade promotion logistics & delivery, performing service level and inventory stocks monitoring and controlling budget
Physical and Digital Signage
• Support in Perfect Store & Outlet development, by translating central organization guidelines and inputs, managing digital signage (including sharing to FS and KAMs content to be showed to the customers through iPads)
PICOS Management
• Create Scorecards and measurement in Salesforce / RedOne, used Field Sales daily as a guide to ensure that each strategy is followed
• Monitoring of scorecards
