As a People Services Professional test test, you will:
- Oversee Line Management and Transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement Management Plans and Organisation Development strategies.
- Operate and improve the Learning Management System.
- Facilitate Performance Management and Coe activities.
- Formulate and execute Development Plans and Trainer Training programs.
- Ensure optimized training using advanced techniques.
- Manage Sales Finance, Contracts, and Account Management.
- Drive Project Management and apply Six Sigma methodologies.
- Handle Invoicing, Financials, and support Team Building activities.
