About your new role…

Due to continued growth and the evolution of our Security function, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Security Team Manager. In this role, you will lead day‑to‑day security operations across multiple manufacturing, logistics, and office environments, safeguarding CCEP assets and supporting the National Operations Manager.

You will act as the primary conduit between CCEP and our contracted security provider, driving high-quality service delivery, operational discipline and continuous improvement. You will also be the escalation point for critical incidents, supporting end‑to‑end investigations and ensuring consistent, high‑quality documentation and response.

This role includes occasional domestic travel for site support or training and participation in an after‑hours on‑call roster for urgent security matters.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the planning and delivery of security operations, risk assessments, and site audits across CCEP facilities, ensuring strong operational discipline and alignment with security standards.
  • Manage vendor performance, setting expectations, monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement with contracted security management teams.
  • Act as the incident lead for emergencies and security events, ensuring decisive response, stakeholder communication and high‑quality post‑incident reporting.
  • Support investigations, promoting open, well considered findings and constructive follow up actions.
  • Review and audit physical security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarms; identify improvement opportunities and develop business cases for uplift projects.
  • Lead uplift projects related to physical security infrastructure, systems optimisation and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with site leaders, Operations, HR, Legal and external partners to strengthen security culture and risk awareness.
  • Deliver targeted security and fraud‑risk training to uplift site behaviours and compliance.
  • Contribute to national and local security strategy, ensuring operational insights feed into broader program development.
  • Serve as the nominated after‑hours security contact, providing guidance and escalation support where required.

Let’s talk about you…

  • Current state-issued Security Licence and unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in security or asset protection, with at least 2 years leading contracted or in‑house security teams.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and practical experience operationalising them.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third‑party guard providers, including performance oversight and escalation management.
  • Proven capability in incident leadership, including coordination, communication, and post‑incident review.
  • Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, site audits, and uplift projects, including writing business cases and delivering improvements.
  • Experience operating within large FMCG, industrial, logistics or similar multi‑site environments, with exposure to facility risk profiles and fraud controls.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, able to navigate complex or ambiguous situations and make sound operational decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and brief stakeholders at all levels, including site leadership.

Nice to have…

  • Certificate II & III in Security Operations (can be favourable but not essential at manager level).
  • Investigations training, leadership qualifications or security‑related tertiary study.
  • Exposure to enterprise risk frameworks or fraud‑risk programs.
