The Opportunity

Our Finance Graduate Program is a structured two-year development program designed to build strong foundational capability across the finance function. With over 20 years of success, this program combines practical experience, formal development, and on-the-job learning within a complex, commercial environment.

Commencing in February 2027, you’ll complete four six-month rotations across key areas of finance, including:

• Finance Partnering (Away from Home Sales)

• Licensed Finance (New Zealand rotation)

• Internal Audit

• Procurement Finance

• Neverfail Finance

You may also have the opportunity to undertake a six-month international rotation in New Zealand, gaining exposure to a different operating environment and market.

This is a permanent role, based in our North Sydney Head Office on a hybrid basis with graduates transitioning into a Senior Analyst (or equivalent) position at the completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge across multiple finance disciplines through structured rotations

• Support financial analysis, reporting, and insights to drive business performance

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand commercial drivers

• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop an understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision making

About You

You’re curious, analytical, and motivated to build a career in finance within a fast-paced commercial environment.

In addition, you will be:

• A recent graduate or in your final year of a relevant tertiary degree

• A strong communicator with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights

• Collaborative and able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders

• Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working with data and solving problems

• Previous commercial or analytical experience is advantageous (but not essential)
