About the Equipment and Service Team (EQS)


The EQS team is a dynamic, field-based operation responsible for the warehousing, set-up, delivery and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes installation, maintenance and auditing of beverage dispensing equipment to ensure quality and reliability in market every day.

About the Role


As an EQS Quality Assurance Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring a consistently high-quality beverage is delivered to consumers, in line with CCEP’s Australian bottling licence and global quality standards.


This is a customer-facing role, working onsite at hotels, restaurants, clubs and other venues across the Newcastle region. You will complete regular quality maintenance visits, collecting accurate quality data and testing beverage dispense equipment to ensure it meets required standards.
The role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and engaging with customers, while working to clear procedures in a supportive national quality framework.

What You Will Be Doing


• Conducting quality maintenance visits at customer premises
• Testing beverage quality including taste, temperature, carbonation, syrup to soda ratio, frozen beverage expansion, syrup age and hygiene
• Ensuring equipment is returned to critical settings after each visit
• Providing excellent customer service and representing CCEP professionally
• Following standard work procedures and using beverage measurement equipment correctly
• Recording accurate data and time using mobile applications and IT systems
• Participating in safety activities, training and technical skill development
• Contributing to team success and continuous improvement initiatives

• Confidence working independently in a field-based role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Meticulous planning and organisational capability
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong discipline and routine, as the role is largely autonomous
• Unrestricted driver’s licence
