The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high‑impact National Business Manager to lead and grow one of our most critical partnerships: CCEP and Coles Supermarkets.

As a senior member of the National Accounts Team, this role is all about strategic account leadership — building strong commercial relationships, solving complex business problems, and unlocking sustainable, long‑term growth. You’ll bring a solutions‑focused mindset, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and work seamlessly across internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.

You’ll own the commercial performance of the account, with accountability for:

  • Market share growth
  • Volume, NSR, NC and trade spend metrics
  • Development and execution of high‑impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to CCEP strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve Joint Business Plans in partnership with CCEP and Coles stakeholders
  • Build strong cross‑functional collaboration across Brand, RGM, Field Sales, Category, Digital, Go‑To‑Market, Portfolio and Finance
  • Drive consistent RGM engagement across total retail, category, shopper marketing and the broader commercial agenda
  • Manage and negotiate with Coles Supermarkets, including deep understanding of KPIs and P&L drivers
  • Lead range reviews aligned to customer, category and CCEP objectives
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and effective S&OP management
  • Support negotiation of marketing and promotional investment packages to maximise ROI
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and influence outcomes
  • Proactively identify new ideas and approaches from inside and outside the business to strengthen the CCEP program

About you

You’re a commercially savvy, relationship‑driven leader with experience managing large‑scale retail accounts and delivering sustained, profitable growth. You bring strong financial acumen, can confidently navigate complex negotiations, and know how to turn insights into action.

You’ll also bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the retail channel, ideally managing customers at a national level
  • A proven track record of delivering profitable growth through complex, multi‑year negotiations
  • Strong commercial and financial capability, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Experience leading category and range reviews aligned to long‑term business plans
  • The confidence and presence to present to and influence senior stakeholders
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • An open, curious mindset with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools (e.g. IRI / Aztec, Acumen or similar), with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems

What We Offer

  • World-class training, including technical and operational processes
  • Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding organisation
  • Generous monthly product allowance
  • Access a wide range of corporate discount programs, including Fitness Passport, Just Sunnies, QANTAS Club, Microsoft, Lenovo, Hertz, GoGet and Estee Lauder
  • Opportunity to join the CCEP Employee Share Purchase Plan

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is committed to an inclusive, equitable and safe workplace where everyone is supported. If you need any accessibility adjustments during the process, please let us know. Your wellbeing matters to us.

When you join CCEP, you’re stepping into a global organisation known for developing exceptional talent. We invest deeply in learning, mobility and long term growth, creating an environment where your ambition is backed and your career can thrive.
