About the role
As the S&OP Lead at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), you will be part of our Nordic Planning & Commercialisation team, based in Sweden and Norway. In this role, you will lead and optimize the S&OP (Sales & Operations) process across these countries, ensuring alignment and coordination between sales forecasts, production and logistic plans, inventory management and financial plans. Working closely with teams from sales, supply chain, and finance, you'll develop a collaborative plan to enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with other CCEP markets to identify improvement opportunities, continuously evolving the S&OP process. You will also oversee the implementation of our new planning system (CDSP) and manage cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities
- Drive S&OP agenda and co create and execute the S&OP Maturity plan, providing clear direction and prioritization to cross functional teams
- Support owners of each element of the process (Demand Review, Supply Review, Product Porfolio Review and executive S&OP) in continuous improvement activities, ensuring that preparation of each routine supports the overall process effectiveness and balanced decision making
- Ensure that the S&OP process is aligned to global blueprint principles working in close collaboration with the central team. Participate actively in the routines by challenging counterparts on their outputs, given overall process knowledge and objectives.
- Deploy and maintain an effective performance monitoring system for S&OP process being a key contributor to the continuous improvement of the full process within the Business Unit
- Provide coaching and support across senior stakeholder groups to improve process effectiveness
- Coordination of cross-functional projects within Planning & Commercialization Nordics

We expect you to have
- Proven experience within the FMCG industry and 3-5 years’ experience with defining and managing processes in the areas of product management, demand planning or supply planning
- Academic degree within engineering or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations
- Strategic thinking and change management skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels to enable alignment on project proposals to meet business needs
- Natural interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to build relationships, influence and build buy in to key S&OP concepts
- Project Management and leadership skills, with a talent for facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian and English
